The sea urchin roes of the exquisite fruits that the sea gives us.

Collected from the rocks at low tide, the cliffs and the sea bed, they require careful selection.

The roes are skifully extracted by hand and packaged in their natural state, just as they are found in the shell

Adaptable to any type of gastronomy wether traditional (scrambled, sauces, etc...) or innovative (sushi, makis, etc...)
